Founder & President
Jose Vina
Jose founded United Construction Company of Florida in 2013 and brings over 20 years of hands-on experience in residential construction across South Florida. As President, he oversees every project personally — from the initial site visit through final walkthrough. His philosophy is simple: build every home as if his own family were moving in.

Herly Padron
Herly Padron brings a sharp financial mind to United Construction as Vice President. A Finance graduate from Florida International University, she oversees the company's financial operations, project budgeting, and business development. Her analytical approach ensures every project is delivered on budget without sacrificing quality — giving homeowners confidence from contract to closing.

James Holloway
Lead Site Foreman
James Holloway
James has been on job sites since he was 16, working alongside his father in residential framing. He joined United Construction in 2008 and has since overseen hundreds of builds across the state. His hands-on approach and meticulous eye for quality mean nothing leaves a United Construction site without meeting his personal standard.
